Woman:
Hi, my name's Gemma Pearson, just checking in for my flight to Aruba.
Clerk:
Can I see your passport and driver's license, please?
Woman:
Sure, here they are.
Clerk:
Okay, just one moment.
Here you are Gemma, on flight #1998 to Baltimore, then on flight #1814 to Aruba. Will you be checking any bags?
Woman:
Yeah, I have this one here, and the other is a carry-on.
Clerk:
Okay, set it up here, please. Any liquids, flammables, dangerous items, etc in here?
Woman:
No.
Clerk:
Okay, and have you accepted items from anyone to take with your luggage?
Woman:
No, I haven't.
Clerk:
Okay, thank you. Here are your boarding passes. Make sure you hold on to them both, as you'll need the second for your connecting flight to Aruba. Your flight to Baltimore will leave from Gate 20 in Concourse C at 3 pm, so please make sure you're there thirty minutes prior. Boarding will begin at 2:30.
Woman:
Okay, thanks. Which way to security?
Clerk:
Just go up that escalator there and it will be at the top of the stairs. Enjoy your flight!
