 Hi, how can I help you? 

Woman:

 I'm having some pains in my chest. 

Worker:

 Okay, have you been here before? 

Woman:

 No, I haven't. 

Worker:

 Alright, could you fill out this paperwork for me, please?       I'm also gonna need some ID and an insurance card if you have it. 

Woman:

 Sure. I'm not from here, will my driver's license work? 

Worker:

 Yes, that's fine. Are you from out of the country? 

Woman:

 Yes, I am. 

Worker:

 Oh, okay. Do you have travel insurance?       You can still be seen regardless, but without travel insurance, you'll be responsible for the full amount of your visit and I do want to warn you, it can be very expensive. 

Woman:

 I do have travel insurance actually; just one second while I find my card. 

Worker:

 Great, thank you.       Okay, if you'll just have a seat in the waiting room, we'll call you back shortly. 

Woman:

 Thank you.
