 When I went to Japan, I saw a lot of cool things: temples, festivals, even an island full of cats. 

 But nothing made such an impact on me as the food. 

 

 One bite of ramen and that was it.      Totally and completely hooked for life. 

 

 When I got back to the U.S., I started hunting down ramen wherever I could find it. 

 

 Sometimes it's great; takes me right back to Japan. Other times? Not so much.
