 August 18th

So my mom gave me this journal today, she said I needed to write in it for my "posterity."     Whatever that means.      But I'll play along I guess; it may be good to have a place to put my thoughts.

So I'm Sarah Mickelson, a 17-year-old girl from Santa Rosa, California.      I'm starting my senior year next week at Santa Rosa High School - yeah baby

I have dark blonde hair and blue eyes; everyone says I look like my mom.      My dad has dark hair, he passed that along to my older sister Kate and my younger brother Will.      I have another little brother named Ty that has blonde hair like mom and I, though.

I love to play basketball and the guitar, and I will eat anything as long as it's not fish.       That's pretty much me! Until next time.

So, my mom gave me this journal today, she said I need to write in it for my future children.       I thought that was kind of strange, but it may be good to have a place to put my thoughts.

So I'm Sarah Mickelson, a 17-year-old girl from Santa Rosa, California.      I'm starting my senior year next week at Santa Rosa High School - oh yeah!

I have dark blonde hair and light blue eyes, and everyone says I look like my mom.       My dad has dark hair, and so does my older sister Kate and my little brother Will.

I also have another little brother named Ty, and he has blonde hair like mom and me.      I love to play basketball and the guitar, and I really don't like fish.

That's it! I'll write again soon.
